About SubRadar
SubRadar started from a simple frustration: airlines owe passengers real money — up to €600 per delayed or cancelled flight under EU261 — and most people never claim it. Not because the process is impossible, but because nobody remembers which flight, when, or how much. The compensation sits unclaimed in old confirmation emails.
The claims industry that exists to solve this takes a large cut for what is essentially standardized paperwork - 25% to 50% of your payout in many cases. SubRadar takes the opposite approach: everything on this site is free, and we never take a cut of your compensation. When you would rather not handle the paperwork yourself, we point you to a specialist partner and are paid a referral fee by them, never by you.
SubRadar connects to your Gmail or Outlook with read access limited strictly to email metadata (sender, subject, date — never the message body), finds flights that may qualify, and — once you confirm and sign a mandate — files and follows up the claim directly with the airline. We never hold your compensation money: the airline pays you directly, and our fee is only charged after you're paid.
For SNCF Garantie 30 train delay refunds in France, the claim itself has to be filed by you through your own SNCF Connect account — we detect the disruption, calculate the exact amount you're owed, and guide you straight to the official portal so it takes a couple of clicks instead of digging through old emails. Same underlying idea (find the money you're owed before the deadline passes), adapted to what each claim process actually allows. We also spot silent subscription price increases before they cost you more than they should.
