How to Cancel Calm Premium
Calm Premium renews annually (or monthly on some plans). You can cancel anytime — no cancellation fee, and your sleep stats and meditation history are kept even after downgrading to the free tier.
✓ What you keep after cancelling
- → All sleep stats, meditation history, streaks
- → Access to limited free Calm content
- → Premium content (Sleep Stories, music, programs) is locked
- → No cancellation fee
⚠️ Cancel where you subscribed
- → Subscribed on calm.com → cancel on the website
- → Subscribed via iPhone → cancel via Settings → Subscriptions
- → Subscribed via Android → cancel via Google Play → Subscriptions
Cancel on calm.com (website)

Go to calm.com and sign in
Log in to your Calm account.

Click your profile → Account
In the top right, click your profile. Select "Account".

Go to Subscription → Cancel
Find the "Subscription" section, click "Manage Subscription", then "Cancel Subscription". Confirm.

Cancel on iOS
Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Calm → Cancel Subscription.
Cancel on Android (Google Play)
Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Calm → Cancel subscription.
GDPR route — if Calm keeps charging you
Calm processes EU user data and is bound by GDPR. If you cancelled but continue to be charged, send a formal Art. 17 erasure request. They must respond within 30 days.
