How to Cancel Headspace
Headspace auto-renews monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time — no cancellation fee, and your meditation stats, streaks, and progress are kept even after downgrading to free.

- → All meditation stats, streaks, and history
- → Access to free Headspace content (limited selection)
- → Premium content locked but not deleted
- → No cancellation fee
⚠️ Cancel where you subscribed
- → Subscribed on Headspace.com → cancel on the website
- → Subscribed via iPhone → cancel via Settings → Subscriptions
- → Subscribed via Android → cancel via Google Play → Subscriptions
Cancel on Headspace website

Go to headspace.com and sign in
Log in with your Headspace account email.

Click your profile → Account
Click your profile picture or name at the top. Select "Account".

Click Manage Plan → Cancel
Find your active plan, click "Manage plan", then "Cancel plan" and confirm.

Cancel on iOS
Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Headspace → Cancel Subscription.
Only do this if you originally subscribed via the App Store.
Cancel on Android
Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Headspace → Cancel subscription.
GDPR route — if Headspace keeps charging you
Headspace (now part of Headspace Health) processes EU user data and is bound by GDPR. If you cancelled but continue to be charged, send a formal Art. 17 erasure request. They must respond within 30 days.
