How to Cancel Netflix

Cancel Netflix on desktop

Go to netflix.com/cancelplan
This is the direct link to Netflix's cancellation page. Sign in if prompted.

Click "Cancel Membership"
You'll see your current plan and billing date. Click the red "Cancel Membership" button.

Confirm cancellation
Click "Finish Cancellation". That's it — you'll get a confirmation email immediately.

Cancel Netflix on mobile (iOS / Android)
iOS: Go to iPhone Settings → Your name → Subscriptions → Netflix → Cancel. Apple manages the billing, not Netflix directly.
Android: Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Netflix → Cancel.
Note: if you subscribed via the Netflix website (not through Apple/Google), you must cancel on the website, not the app.
