Cancel on Crunchyroll website

Go to crunchyroll.com and sign in
Log in with your Crunchyroll credentials.

Click your profile → Account
Hover over your username (top right) and click "Account".

Open Membership & Billing → Cancel
Go to the "Membership & Billing" section. Click "Cancel Membership" and confirm.

Cancel via Apple or Google (if subscribed through them)
iOS: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Crunchyroll → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Crunchyroll → Cancel.
