How to Cancel Paramount+
Paramount+ (formerly CBS All Access) auto-renews monthly or annually. You can cancel directly through the website or app with no cancellation fee.

- → No cancellation fee — cancel anytime
- → Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- → If you subscribed via Apple or Amazon, you must cancel through them
- → Downloads are removed at cancellation
Cancel on Paramount+ website (desktop)

Go to paramountplus.com
Sign in with your Paramount+ credentials.

Open Account → Subscription
Click your profile picture (top right) → Account → Subscription & billing.

Click "Cancel subscription"
Scroll down to find the cancellation option. Confirm when prompted — you'll receive a confirmation email.

Cancel on mobile or via third-party billing
iOS (Apple billing): Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Paramount+ → Cancel Subscription.
Android (Google Play): Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Paramount+ → Cancel.
Amazon Channels: amazon.com → Account → Memberships & Subscriptions → Paramount+ → Cancel channel.
The cancellation method must match how you originally subscribed.
GDPR route — if Paramount+ keeps charging you
Paramount Global operates in the EU and is bound by GDPR. If you cancelled but are still charged, send a formal Art. 17 erasure request. They must respond within 30 days.
