How to Cancel Canva Pro
Canva Pro renews monthly (~$12.99/month) or annually (~$119.99/year). You can cancel anytime and downgrade to Canva Free — all your designs, folders, and brand kits remain accessible on the free tier.

💡 Export Pro designs before you cancel

Cancel on canva.com (web)

Go to canva.com and sign in
Log in to your Canva account.

Click your profile → Account settings → Billing & plans
In the top-right, click your profile picture or name. Select "Account settings" → "Billing & plans" in the sidebar.

Click "Cancel subscription"
Under "Your current plan", click "Cancel subscription". Choose a cancellation reason and confirm.

Cancel on iOS or Android
iOS: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Canva → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Canva Pro → Cancel.
Only if you originally subscribed through the app store — otherwise cancel on canva.com.
Canva Teams — cancel the whole team plan
Only the team owner can cancel a Canva Teams subscription. In Account settings → Billing & plans, you'll see the option to cancel the team plan or remove individual seats.
GDPR route — if Canva keeps charging you
Canva processes EU user data and is bound by GDPR. If you cancelled but continue to be charged, send a formal Art. 17 erasure request within 30 days.
