How to Cancel Deezer Premium or Family

Cancel on deezer.com

Go to deezer.com and sign in
Open deezer.com in your browser. Sign in with the account linked to your Deezer Premium subscription.

Profile → Account → Manage subscription
Click your profile picture or avatar (top right) → "Account" → scroll to "Manage my subscriptions" or "Subscription".

Click "Cancel subscription" → Confirm
Click "Cancel subscription" at the bottom of the subscription section and follow the steps to confirm. You keep Premium access until the current period ends.

💡 Subscribed via App Store or Google Play?
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, you must cancel through those stores — not through Deezer directly. On iPhone: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Deezer → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Deezer → Cancel.
Refund policy
Deezer does not generally offer refunds for unused subscription time. EU users have a 14-day legal cooling-off right for new subscriptions not yet used. Contact Deezer Support to claim it.
