How to Cancel Zoom Pro or Business

Zoom Pro ($15.99/month or $149.90/year) and Business ($21.99/user/month) renew automatically. You can cancel and downgrade to the free Basic plan anytime — free Zoom meetings up to 40 minutes with up to 100 participants stay available.

Cancel on zoom.us

    Sign in to zoom.us

    Go to zoom.us and click "Sign In". Use the email address linked to your Zoom account.

    Account Management → Billing

    In the left navigation panel, click "Account Management", then click "Billing".

    Click "Cancel Plan" → Confirm

    On the Current Plans tab, click "Cancel Plan". Read the terms and click "Cancel Plan" again to confirm downgrade to Basic.

Refund policy

Annual Zoom plans are non-refundable by default. However, if you cancel within 30 days of the annual renewal and have not used the account extensively, you can request a pro-rated refund through Zoom Support. EU users may also have rights under consumer protection law.

💡 Zoom Business — owner only

Only the account owner (the original purchaser) can cancel a Zoom Business or Enterprise plan. If you're a member of someone else's Zoom account, contact your account admin.

GDPR route — if Zoom keeps charging you

Zoom Video Communications processes EU user data and is bound by GDPR. If you cancelled but continue to be billed, send a formal Art. 17 erasure request.
