- The support agent will process it — refund typically takes 5–7 business days
Note: subscriptions purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play must be refunded through Apple/Google directly.

ExpressVPN processes EU user data and must comply with GDPR. If you cancelled and continue to be charged, send a formal Art. 17 erasure request. They have 30 days to respond.
