How to Cancel Figma Professional
Figma Professional ($15/editor/month) and Organization ($45/editor/month) plans renew automatically. You can downgrade to the free Starter plan anytime — all your files, designs, and version history are kept.

⚠️ File limit on Starter
Figma Starter allows 3 team files. If you have more, existing files become read-only (not deleted). Move files to Drafts before downgrading to keep edit access.

Go to figma.com and sign in
Log in to your Figma account.

Click your team name → Admin → Plans & billing
In the left sidebar, click on your team name. Then click "Admin" → "Plans & billing".

Click "Downgrade" → Confirm
Find the current plan and click "Downgrade". Review the impact and confirm to move to Starter.

Refund policy
Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused full months if downgraded early. Contact support@figma.com or use the in-app help chat within 30 days of your renewal.
GDPR route — if Figma keeps charging you
Figma processes EU user data and is bound by GDPR. If you cancelled but continue to be billed, send a formal Art. 17 erasure request within 30 days.
